The second time was Christmas Day when I had a back up with the garbage disposal. I called and the response was NOT “it’s Christmas; or I’ll try to get someone there”. It was, “I’ll have someone there or I’ll come myself”! Additionally, I was not charged time and a half (which I fully expected). Today, the service call was to check on a hot water heater….maybe 1/2 hour visit to adjust the factory set temp. However, Tom suggested he’d check the outside water filter. That led to a finding of a broken pipe under the house, which had been installed improperly (& against code), digging, going to buy new equipment, installation, etc. The entire service call amounted to four hours of hard work , adapting to unforeseen circumstances, and the best clean up of any plumbing service I’ve had here (25 years in Fl)!
